Return & Refund Policy – Reine of Glow

At Reine of Glow, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.


Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

We only accept returns if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

Eligible for Refund:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item

If eligible, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.


 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.


 Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Allergic reactions (please review ingredients before use)
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
